Everyday Church: Explore the thinking

In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus’ instructions are very clear:

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

95% of Christians spend the majority of our time outside the church building – at home, at work, with family and friends and more. We often compartmentalise these parts of our lives, keeping friends and work separate, work and home separate, and church separate from all of these things.

Everyday Faith is about how we can grow in confidence as disciples – followers – of Jesus, and how we can live out our faith in all aspects of life. Below you can find answers to questions, as well as resources for you and your worshipping community.

WHAT IS 'EVERYDAY FAITH'?

Everyday Faith is about how we find and follow God in our daily lives. It’s about the impact our faith has on our work, our relationships and how we are as individuals.
